What platform do you use?
At Webbed Presence, all of the sites we host are on the Webbed Presence PRO (WPPro) platform, which is built on HighLevel.
How long does it take to complete a Shore Starter website?
With Shore Starter Sites, most of the work is already done! We can have your website launched in as little as a week.
That said, Shore Starter Sites are completed in the order that orders are received, and rely on you to provide all required information before we make the site live.
What do you require from me to complete my site?
We require:
1. Your basic business information: Name, location, contact info, hours of operation, event times, links to your business' socials, etc. Anything you'd put in a basic brochure, we need.
2. Approval for your new domain name (if you don't already have one to provide).
3. Access to your domain name's DNS settings (if you already have one).
We also need branding information from you: Your company colors, any photos you have (the more professional the better, but we'll use whatever you've got.) If you don't have any branding yet, we'll work with you to put a simple branding template together, that you can use for everything from business cards to brochures. That said ...
In a rush to get online? Give us your OK to launch the site as is with whatever stock photos and color branding we have on the page. Obviously, we prefer for you to have branding colors and photos to use, but not essential to launch the site. We'll talk about this in our New Shore Starter Site meeting.
How will I update my site?
Very easily!
We will provide you with a hidden page on your website that only you will know about. No login required, no placement on your website menu, and hidden from Google.
This page will include a form that you can use to update all pertinent information. Changed your shop hours? Enter them on the form and Voilà! They'll be updated in every place they occur on your website, instantly.
We'll confirm with you all of items that need to be on this form in advance, and can add to it/update it as needed.
Do you provide ongoing support after the website is launched?
Yes! Hosting includes ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your website remains updated and functions smoothly over time.
Need a more complicated update to your website completed? We offer discounted pricing to Shore Starter Sites clients, and charge by the minute (minimum 15 minutes).
Can you help with SEO and online marketing?
Absolutely!
All Shore Starter Sites come with built-in SEO:
- Basic front and back end SEO on every page (the technical stuff)
- Social sharing images and text for every page of content
- Local Schema included (Very technical and often overlooked)
- If you use Google Analytics (or want to), we can integrate it!
Want more than the basics to drive traffic to your site and convert leads?
A Shore Starter Site is not for you. Book a Call to talk about how we can tailor a site and/or marketing funnel to your specific needs!
What if one of my competitors also requests a Shore Starter Site?
Generally speaking, this creates no issue. Shore Starter Sites are for businesses and organizations that don't currently plan to run targeted marketing campaigns to and though their website. We'll be sure that there's a difference in the look and feel of your site, especially if there's another Shore Starter Site in the same regional market.
